The four single-seat Hunter F.Mk 60s and two T.Mk 7s operated by No. 6 Squadron RSAF were all camouflaged in colours known as sand (ICI F407-1814) and brown (ICI F407-1815) on top surfaces, applied along the camouflage pattern standardized for this type, and deep sky blue (ICI F407-1813) on undersurfaces. Single-seaters wore serials 60-601, 60-602, 60-603 and 60-604, while two-seaters were serialled 70-616 and 70-617 – always applied in dark green, on the nose and the fin directly above tailplanes. This example, delivered to Saudi Arabia on 2 May 1966, is said to have crashed at Taif AB during a low-level flight in 1967 while flown by British pilot Duncan Simpson. The five surviving aircraft were donated to Jordan in 1968.
