The Su-7BMK was much less prevalent in the SyAAF than in Egypt. Fewer than 30 jets were delivered to equip two squadrons. It served well enough for the quick dashes to deliver its modest ordnance load onto IDF assets in the Golan Heights, but otherwise did not match the strike capabilities inherent in the American jets the IAF mustered.
