One of the six Handley Page O/7s delivered to Beijing in 1919-1920 was named Jinghan. Originally intended for passenger transport, these aircraft were used almost exclusively as bombers in China. The Bureau for Planning of Aviation Matters’ association with the Chinese railway administration explains the winged wheel marking. The O/7 was fitted with two 360hp Rolls-Royce Eagle VIII engines.
