Upon its introduction in 1952, the F-94C displayed poor performance but after 10 test aircraft flew for data-gathering, changes and improvements were made although engines continued to be troublesome. This F-94C-1-10 (50-1054) was delivered to the 60th FIS in 1953 before serving with the 437th FTS (564th ANG) later that year. It was written off at Otis AFB, Massachusetts, and displayed later at Monument Beach, Massachusetts. (Artwork by Goran Sudar)
