A reconstruction of one of two Harvards operated by the Air Force of the Imamate of Yemen before its temporary union with Egypt and Syria in 1957 and 1958. It was finished in bare metal overall and bore the serial number 2, probably applied in black. Red and white roundels based on the Yemeni flag ‑ as it used to be before the Republican coup of 1962 ‑ were applied in place of its former Saudi markings. These included a curved sabre and five stars, all in white, on both the roundel and fin. (Artwork by Tom Cooper)
