The V-80P was the most powerful and heavily armed of the Corsair biplane series. Fitted with a 750hp P&W Hornet engine, it was armed with four .30 calibre machine guns and could carry up to 200kg of bombs in underwing racks. These aircraft were delivered in 1933 and had a long life with Peruvian military aviation, the last being withdrawn from service in the mid-1950s. (Artwork by Luca Canossa)
