Delivered to El Salvador on 15 June 1984, this Cessna A-37B Dragonfly had the construction number 43533 and usedto wear the US Air Force serial 73-1085, before becoming the FAS 424. In service with the Grupo Caza y Bombardeo, all the A-37s were nicknamed ‘Dragón’. The jet is shown as around 1984: wearing the (quite weathered) Europe One wrap-around camouflage pattern in Euro 1 Gray (FS36081), medium green (FS34102) and dark green (FS34079) – and equipped with no drop tanks but armed with six Mk.82 bombs calibre 250kg.
