The Bonanza F.35 registered as VP-WHM was one of best-known aircraft of the PRAW, because of its unusual under-wing machine gun installation, and a grenade tube in the cockpit. From 1975, it was owned by J. Robin Watson of West Nicholson. In 1983, it was de-militarised and re registered as Z-WHM, and then sold to South Africa as ZS-SMF. Eventually, it was exported to the USA: during the shipping there, the container containing it was dropped and the aircraft damaged beyond repair. The fuselage was on sale for a while, but then reported as scrapped. (Artwork by Leon Manoucherians)
