Everybody's favourite Vulean? XH558 first flew in 1960 and was ‘one of the few ‘examples converted for a maritime reconnaissance role in 1973, t was converted again for the airborne tanker role in 1982 but after the type's withdrawal from service in 1984 it continued with the RAF Vulcan Display Flight until 1992.
