The General Aicraft Limited Hamilcar was a heavy lider used to cary vehices, artilery and light tanks: Hamilcar HH934 was Chalk 502 and landed at LZ ‘N at 0330 on 6th June. The aicraft was towed by a Halifax of 298 Squadon from RAF Tarrant Rushton, Dorset.
