Another type of vehicle widely used by the Slavonic Corps were Hyundai and Iveco 3.5-ton trucks. Like the Chevrolets, they were fi tted steel plates at the front and the top of their cabs, and were fi tted with additional plates to protect the cargo hold. Most were over-sprayed overall in white, atop of which a disruptive camoufl age pattern in black or dark brown was applied. None is known to have been armed, but passengers could use their personal weapons – including PKM and PKS machine guns – from within the vehicle. (Artwork by David Bocquelet)
