RAS-72 Sea Eagle, 78, C/N 712, No. 29 Squadron, Pakistan Navy, PNS Mehran, Karachi - This aircraft was built in 2004 as an ATR72-500 airliner for Binter Airlines and operated with the Spanish registration EC-JAH and Binter Canarias branding. Itwas delivered to Pakistan in August 2013 and initially used as a military transport. It was noted in Monchengladbach, Germany in 2018, where Rheinland Air Service GmbH converted it to Sea Eagle maritime patrol configuration. It re-appeared in June 2019 with the serial 78 and was ferried to Karachi via Italy, Turkey and Saudi Arabia. It serves alongside two other RAS-72s and two ATR-500 transports with No. 29 ASW/EW/IW Squadron of the Pakistan Navy.
