The Luscombe 8E Silvaire was imported from South Africa in 1952, and registered in Rhodesia as VP-YJY, owned by T. C. Woodforde. It was flown for PRAW while owned by Peter Scales from 1965 until 1975, when it was returned to South Africa as ZS-JKW. (Artwork by Leon Manoucherians)
