A Mitsubishi Ki-30 of the 16th Sentai, 9th Hiko Dan. This was a combat effective light bomber, capable of operating from rough terrain. After Nomonhan, it was used in the early stages of the Second World War, but then relegated to training duties after the Philippines campaign.
